Nice quiet neighborhood, very convenient location. There would be 3 people living here all together. We keep to ourselves, but also like to laugh and hang out together. Must have a good sense of humor and open to interesting conversations, lol. We are decently clean and organized. Everything is furnished except your single room. There is some storage space in the garage but not a lot.
