Room has 2 closets and there is a small in-house storage room that I will share. You may use washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. I like a clean house so you would need to clean up after yourself. The home is spacious and has a deck, nice backyard, and big shed for storage. I have a friendly mini golden doodle and two parakeets, so additional pets would not be allowed. The room is available immediately for $ plus half of utilities (internet, electric, water, gas); trash pickup covered by landlord. Approval by the landlord is also required.
