I am subleasing a fully furnished private room and private bathroom in a bath at Union Chapel Hill apartment complex for spring semester from January (or until July if you want to stay the summer). This is a 2 floor/townhouse apartment unit and you will have great roommates!! Female roommate, UNC student or recent grad preferred. The monthly rent is $ + utilities but I am willing to negotiate price! RENT DROP FROM $/MONTH TO $/MONTH!!Union Chapel Hill has a number of great amenities and is a ~ minute walk from UNC campus.
