About me
I’m in the area. I’m looking for a roommate to help with house hold chores, as me and my mother are disabled. The cleaning would be typical, like dishes, sweeping, mopping, laundry(only washing/drying, no folding required) the litter box(one cat) and occasionally running errands. Me, my husband, my 6 year old and my mother live here in a 4 bedroom house. My mother is , my husband and I are . I am only charging flat, utilities/internet included. The bedroom would be right next to the laundry room and shared bathroom. We are mostly quiet, have few guests, and have no problem accommodating to any needs you may have. We don’t expect a maid, just tidying times a week to help maintain our home. If you’re willing to do more work, we can negotiate the price. We can have a desk, a bed, and a dresser if you need. You would have full access to the kitchen and any food, and any part of the house aside from personal rooms. We are big on maintaining peace and good vibes, we don’t smoke or drink and will not allow drugs in our home. We have a treadmill, bike, and stair climber that you are always welcome to use. We don’t mind guests as long as they maintain the peace and quiet. Long term guests can be evaluated. Let me know if you are interested.
