I am a year old female looking for a roommate in my bath apartment. The room has a walk in closet and attached private bathroom. The unit has washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is a ground floor unit. Rent is $ plus half of utilities and wifi. I do currently have a dog and cats, so I'm willing to discuss other pets.
