Condo . Second floor. Near major highways and stores. Bathroom is shared only if there are guest (rare). Walk in closet and private entrance to bathroom. Washer and dryer available. community center with gym and pool. I’m working on clearing out the bedroom. Wanted to post to get the process started and give you an idea.I hope we could be friends. I want us to both feel good about sharing the space. I’m type A so I like things to be organized and clean but I have my messy moments. I love to cook if you like to wash dishes. I do have a small year furchild. Well behaved but does have her moments the older she getting. The community itself is pretty quiet as the HOA is pretty strict. Lots of seniors and families.
