About me
I’ve been disabled for 9 years so I walk with a cane. I don’t smoke, I’m very low maintenance. I can’t drive so I use STS Specialized Transportation Service. I stay home most of the time because I work remotely. So I do need internet. I walk best using my wheelchair on a smooth pavement. I prefer a first floor. Very minimal steps (2 are best) I currently have no furniture. I am quiet. I tend to get delivery. I prefer washer/dryer access since I would need to carry anything by my wheelchair. I am independent and really only ask for help if I absolutely need it. I am a complete planner. I must strategize my every movement let alone when I go out. I don’t have visitors. I admit I use the bathroom A LOT. I am slow so please don’t rush me though I completely respect people’ s time and space so I will do every bit of preparation in advance to avoid others waiting for me. In other words, I’m efficient with my time, my energy and my money.
I need to be very straight up to save us both time. I am an honest person. I don’t play games. If I am to be trusted in your household, I honestly expect the same from my landlord. I have been in your shoes. My time is extremely precious as I would expect yours to be. I don’t have time for social media nor TV. I barely ever watch a movie. But I absolutely love funny and love to laugh. I am a very focused person.
