ROOM FOR RENT: My current roommate is moving out in February, and I am looking for someone to take over their half of the lease in my k square foot home. You would have a large private bedroom and bathroom with full house access: large family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, large backyard, and parking in front and backyard. I am asking $1k a month with utilities included. The rental is through Renters Warehouse and you will need to submit an application.
