Seems to be cheaper to just get a br house/apartment and split it down the middle rather than get a studio/1br. Looking for someone with the same idea. I'm thinking like a place that's no more than $/month to rent and we each pay $/month and split utilities.

Looking for someone to team up with so we can go in an renting an apartment or house together. Seems to the cheaper way rather than renting a 1br/studio. For example we could rent a $/month house and split it between us = $/month each + split utilities.
