If ur interested in joining an existing lease that I'm going to renew. Close to the Dunn Loring metro station as well  *** I have availabile at an apartment in Mosaic District, Fairfax VA. It's at the Modera Luxary Apartments for a Bathroon apartment I'm currently leasing. The next renewal/move in date is December th or possibly sooner and will have the split apartment if availabile. So the total rent will be about and about extra for utilities (interent/water/eleelectricity / etc/parking pass/ etc) usually . Total split will be around ish! All amenities (pool/ gyms/ break rooms/ etc) can be viewed on their btw and layout too. This BATH with a balcony. Because i have rented from this place the last 4 yesrs, the price for this unit is the lowest ever (can only raise a little every lease renrenewal) this unit if locked in from fresh is 3k+ usually.... ikr! I can provide more details to you if you're seriously interested.  More about me: I'm a workaholic and very clean/ respectfull. Will mostly be away and busy with two jobs +hrs week and a heavy sleeper. My gf does come over from time-to-time, but she mostly just sleeps all day. I keep to myself and only care about making sure the kitchen area is kept clean (no dirty dishes left in shared kitchen space such as sink/stove/island so others can cook in a clean space) and that's all!Thanks!
