The building are closed to cafes,restaurants, shopping centre, woolies and big w just opposite and close to parks and Yarra river 5 minutes to train station, Easy to access to public transport.The tenant must has full time job and no coupe, looking for long term tenant and it’s only me living here with my daschund .
