Contact me julia_m.smith… I don’t have it unlocked on here..Hi! I have two available rooms in a four bedroom house in Clairemont. I have two cats so must be pet friendly and preferably don’t have pets. All I ask is that you pay your rent and keep the communal space clean. I don’t care what you do with your own room. I already have one roommate, he is very chill and not around much/always in his room. We are both very laidback :)
