Bedroom available in two bedroom apartment. Shared living space. Very spacious. Covered parking spot, large deck, onsite laundry. Beautiful area. Quiet and safe. You would be getting the larger bedroom, parking spot, and majority use of the shared living space. I work from home but am out playing music most of the time. I am quiet, courteous, sociable, respectful and clean. Fine with outdoor smoking but value a clean and quiet shared living space. No pets.
