The room has a great view overlooking a acre park that we have direct access to, with the green mountains of the Cleveland National Forest in the background. Closely located to the .  We are a couple in our s, both with jobs.  We are looking for a single occupant, but non-smoker (no cig or vape) and no drugs.  We are asking $ for the room which includes hi speed wi-fi internet, att uverse cable, electric, gas, water, trash, washer & dryer privileges, kitchen privileges, with exclusive use to your own full size fridge. We are requesting an $ deposit. We have HOA access to a lake, tennis courts, basketball court, and a seasonal pool. Street parking in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.
