i have my boat where i live but for work i have to be out for a long period , so can be nice if someone can be there mindwhile, the boat has wc kitchen saloon 2 rooms independent , terrace and you can use the port services at 2 minutes for biger area of hot showers wc . Big green areas and well conected tonsubway and tranvia very close
