New to the area from San Diego, California. Hardworking and laidback. As a writer, I enjoy being alone and can be to myself. Recently published my 1st book! Very excited. I am kind, friendly and have a good sense of humor. When I am at work, I tend to be extraverted, outgoing and social, so when I am home I curl back up in my cocoon. 🦋
I am an all around artist; would appreciate the ability to record vocals in the home from time to time.
I currently have my own apartment in Silver Spring, looking to downsize to save and spend money on things that empower & propel me in this new transition from the west coast!
Prefer furnished space, within a reasonable distance to work in downtown DC via metro.
