Bath house in Gilbert. Female roommate wanted. The smallest bedroom is currently available but we use the garage as a home gym and extra storage if needed. The house isn’t too big but it’s cozy and comfortable. Bathroom is shared with 2 others but they’re nearly never home. Large yard with a nice pool and house is on a cul-de-sac with lots of walking trails around. Utilities are split 4 ways. And lease is till May.
