I have a mostly detached bedroom with a private bathroom for rent starting January 1st. Shared laundry, kitchen, and living spaces. The room is on the opposite side of the house to the other bedrooms. I have a yard and my own dog, dogs are approved on a case by case basis. No cats. All other pets are considered. Rent is $ with half of the utilities. Internet, security system, and pest control are included. $ security deposit and first months rent upon move in date.
