We are a young married couple looking for a couple or one person to rent an available room in our house. It includes a queen bed, closet, 2 night stands and a full bathroom across the bedroom.We would like a tenant that is kind, has good values, responsable, respectful, is organized and has good habits, no smoker and cat friendly.
