I have one large dog (miss lilah rose) who is quiet (rarely barks) and affectionate. She is a malamute and though she loves people, she's rather sassy to other dogs/animals, so unfortunately, no more dogs / cats etc.Home owner is awesome and occupies the two floors upstairs (basically separate) with her often visiting boyfriend. The house is very large; upstairs and downstairs each have their own kitchen laundry bathrooms etc. Street parking outside never an issue.Month to month. $ for all utilities.
