Walking distants to the max stop at merlo road , walking distance to food and Fred Meyer and other places!Apartments are called “The Leaf” and you would need to apply on the managements , get approved then added to the lease. You’d have a room and full bath to yourself. Laundry is in the unit and really new. It’s a bath sq. Really nice backyard! We’d split everything down the middle. Rent is currently $ a month utilities included. Electric and WiFi are separate. Dm if you’re interested. I’m super clean (we can discuss our definitions of clean as well) and typically just watch movies in my room ,read or game but these days I work at trimet as a bus operator so I’m gone a lot. Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Typically have my dog outside unless it’s raining then she’s stays inside until I get home for her daily walk. Working on creating a cozy dog house for her. Pets welcomed , nerds of all genres welcomed , lgbtq+ welcome all races and ethinicities and religious backgrounds. I don’t smoke because of my job but definitely friendly. Still furnishing the place so maybe you could pick some stuff out with me if not that’s all good. Need ALOT more art and ALOT more plants
