Walking distance to ECU, the house is across the street from football practice field. Utilities are covered in month to month lease, our mom owns it, not a rental agency. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated. Washer and dryer are included in large laundry room. Bedroom includes a full size bed, dresser and desk.
