Utilities (water, sewer, gas & electric) included up to a certain amount. Overages are split. Pets welcome and adored but the condo does have a breed restricted list. Community has pool, hot tub, gas grill and small gym. Home is close to Mission Trails Park and Cowles Mountain. Sushi, Thai, Brewery and grocery store close by. I am gone a lot so would be great to share the place with somebody wonderful. Month to Month lease.
