The house is sqft(duplex). We have one bedroom available for rent, we would split rent plus electricity and some appliances. The room doesn’t come with a closet but it is very spacious and could fit a wardrobe. The room will be cleaned before you get here, we are in the process of kicking out a roommate. The bathroom will be shared with one other person and we have free street parking.
