Hi! Looking for a female roommate who eventually would be interested in taking over my lease. I will be relocating out of state but I don’t know when yet, so for the time being, my spare bedroom can be used and we can split rent/utilities until I move. Once I move, my lease would be switched to you and I’d be leaving most of my furniture as well. Rent is $ so split would be $ each! You would need to be approved by my management first and would need to meet the 3X’s rent requirement. I have a bath apartment that is very spacious with double sinks in the bathroom and an open concept kitchen/living room. In unit laundry is included as well.
