I'm going through a breakup and am in dire need of a new roommate. This is a three bedroom house with a half finished basement and a lovely remodeled kitchen. It has a spacious backyard with a fire pit and a workshop garage. Parking is free but a bit odd, and Internet is included in the rent. This house has lots of space for hobbies and projects so creative minds are especially welcome!
