Never lived in FL. I just want to sleep somewhere safe and clean. I don’t pay deposits. I’m single and without children.
I get paid to go to school at the University of Phoenix for Cybersecurity Training.
I will attend Full Sail University in Winter Park starting Jan. 6. I have documentation and numbers for proof. I don’t drive at the moment. I fly into Orlando.
I kindly ask that you pick me up and take us somewhere to eat, my treat of course, and we speak in person and get to know one another. I do plan to have an employment position set up before arriving and continue receiving payment from school.
I would prefer setting up a payment plan for rent before I arrive and we legally sign all documents allocating my residency in your estate.
