HI!!! I currently leave at Progress , and I am looking for someone to take over my lease from December to July Progress has a gorgeous pool, super accessible parking, study rooms, and a super nice gym and tanning beds!! The lease would start JANUARY 1ST. (I can also start it in December for you if needed and am willing to pay for you first month of rent) I have three other roommates, Erica Daniella, and Sarahi. They are super cool, easy going, love to go out or stay in for a movie night. They keep the common areas super clean, and love to do fun stuff throughout the week whether it is going out to dinner, walking the loop, or staying in and catching up on work.
