Private Room For Rent in Santa Paula, CARoom for rent in a beautiful new build! The community has a hour gym, yoga studio, community garden, fire pits, game area and a large pool with a hot tub. The room is on the first floor. It’s spacious, fully furnished with a king sized Tempur-pedic bed and has its own private bathroom and door to the front porch. All utilities and internet are included, aside from water which is shared. We are military and prefer renting to other service members, but that’s not a requirement.
