Welcome to your future home!~ I’m offering a cozy, sunlit room in a charming Spanish-style house located in the heart of Palmdale by East Palmdale Boulevard & th Street East. The house is charming and filled with character, featuring warm terracotta tiles, a chimney, an old charm, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax.~ This house is a drug-free environment. Alcohol consumption can happen, but please, keep the bottle/drink in your own personal mini-fridge, placed in your room. Doing any other drugs or smoking (regular, vape, or e-cigarette) are both not allowed.~ The private room can lock. You will have your own key. The room comes fully furnished, with a lot of storage space and its own closet & own personal mini-fridge. You can also store a small piece of furniture, a carton box of items, or an empty luggage in the garage of the house.~ All utilities & amenities, including: HVAC needs, electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet, trash services, washer/drier, fridges (1 small in your room + 1 big in the kitchen), TV (& all the home’s current subscriptions: Apple TV+, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, & HBO Max. These may change at any given time & would not impact your rent amount), dish washer, microwave, oven, & smaller kitchen appliances, are included in the rent amount, so you can enjoy hassle-free living.~ The property also includes a nice outdoor patio with a pergola, a built-in barbecue, a fire pit, & a big tree for shade. This is perfect for morning coffees or evening chill sessions.~ You can have a friend come over to hang out, do some homework, do some remote work, share a meal or watch a movie. We all have needs and would understand if you want to “chill” with a friend/partner. BUT no overnight guest are allowed. On a case by case basis, some exceptions can be made. The group “home” has to be given a heads-up whenever a guest is coming over, out of respect for everyone living at the house.
