I’m an interior designer. I just moved from Houston 3 months ago. I bought this townhouse since then. My house has been remodeled 2 years ago which got 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bedrooms. The best part of my room is which just right by a private park ,no car allowed to drive in the park. I can just walk in to the park from my front yard.
I will rent out 2 rooms. Two roommates will share bathroom.
You can fell free to use my kitchen and living room, dining room and the seating area in my backyard. There’s no problem parking either in my carport or the parking near by.
I’m an easy going person. But I like someone following the rules for everybody’s convenience and keep the environment clean and neat as we should.
