Hey, I’m a recent graduate that is starting a job in January in Irvine. I am originally from New York and I’m looking for a place in long beach or Irvine and people to rent with. My budget is around $ and I’m looking to move in late December or January 1st. I’m a clean roommate that keeps things pretty organized and I like to be social. Some of my hobbies are playing guitar, tennis, working out, running, reading and watching movies.
