Hello! have a room for rent in Bedstuy just a 5 minute walk from Gates on the J and a minutes from Utica on the
A, C,E.
The rent is a flat $ a month and this includes utilities like WiFi, water and electricity .There is no laundry in the building but there is a laundry mat on the
corner.
The area is pretty nice with a park right across the street and an easy walk to a few bars and restaurants. I have also never had a problem feeling unsafe especially with a police and fire station just 2 blocks away.
The room itself is definitely smallish and bare bones but it can easily be styled by the right person. It does only have one window that looks into a breeze way so the room doesn't get too much natural light .But it does have a very large closet! If natural light is a concern the living room gets toooooons of natural light from 2 huge windows great for plant parents or to sit and bask in the rays!!!
