I’m a year old woman looking to rent a room. I’m cleanly but not a stickler about it and won’t freak out over messes. I do hang out with friends a lot but I will always ask about guest policies. I also like to follow rules and make people comfortable. I have a kitten that is extremely friendly, he is potty trained, fixed, and up to date on all vaccinations.
