I’m Kevin, I am single, American and I enjoy playing guitar, my electric drums ,traveling , spending lazy days around the house or at the beach. I work 5 days a week installing new landscaping and drainage. I stay quiet. I keep to myself. I’m a clean person. whatever chores or responsibilities that will be mine; whether they rotate or whatever I have no issues with, I don’t drink I do smoke but have no problem going off property to do so. I’m just looking for room to rent in the city of Clearwater or Largo or Palm Harbor
