Hello everyone! My name is Amaya and I'm looking for a roommate ASAP to join me for as my roommate isn't renewing his lease. Please message me if you're interested! -Location: The apartment itself is located in the Park View/Petworth area of DC. It is about minutes from the Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station and Safeway grocery store and within walking distance of a Target, library and multiple restaurants. -Rent: The rent will be around $ not including utilities. The landlord covers water but we will pay for electricity and Internet.-Room: Located downstairs where you will have your own bathroom, closet, and some storage space under the stairs. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. -A little about me: I'm from Louisiana and have a public health background. I’m clean, quiet, and a bit of homebody.
