About me
Me + my dog are looking for a smoke-free, quiet, and drama-free living space near Roseville/Sacramento area. Preferably guest home or side home rental. A yr old working in retail. I’m clean, quiet, approachable, and like being in my own bubble but if I’m with someone then I won’t mind the company. I cook, clean, eat… a total survivor! Haha I cook and eat a lot of Asian cuisine like papaya salad, ginger stir fry or pad thai so I hope the smells don’t bother you & I usually serve the entire household whenever I cook.
Max rent is
Tigger (terrier and cocker spaniel mixed) is 5 yr old - calm at low time, playfully energetic, and very friendly once he gets used to you. He’s not a yapper but he’ll bark if someone’s at the door. He is house trained and I made a tiny home with potty pad + air freshener so I do clean up once he used it. He’s been doing this since I adopted him as a baby which is convenient for him specially while I’m gone during the day and I don’t want him to mess up the floor. Oh and he likes his own space so if you have cats that’s chill then they’ll both be fine. Animals will trigger his anxiety specially big dogs (so he will playfully growl) but he’s never bitten anyone or any dog before. My roommate has a medium size pitbull, and Tigger makes growling noises at him whenever he disturbs him or wants him to play. He naps a lot too!
I come from a big bedroom so a good storage room or garage would be nice to have.
