The room comes with a private bathroom (in hallway), a walk in closet and the house has a large patio deck that you can catch a glimpse of the ocean with. The room is unfurnished.Rent, plus utilities (water included in rent). The lease is month-to-month. There’s free street parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. I’m a working professional in my mid-late thirties and have a friendly dog (sorry, no other pets allowed). I’m looking for someone in a similar age range who values cleanliness.
