Have a room in Brand New Construction (Alpine Landing) in 3 story townhouse. Room + private bathroom is on nd floor is common space & 3rd floor is all other bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood with some amenities. min drive to downtown & BSU. Please be normal. We have a 1YO labradoodle but he can be secluded from your space pretty easily if you don’t love dogs.
