I'm currently living downtown at flagler on the river in a two bedroom. My current roomate wants to move in with his girlfriend so I'm looking to split the 2 bedroom at around fourteen hundred for rent. I've made friends with all walks of life so as long as you're easy going as well and don't mind a dog we will get along great! We'd be renewing/transfering the lease together so you could factor in a little more for electricity.
