I am looking for a cool housemate to share the flat with me.The apartment is on the first floor and we have an amazing view of Table Mountain.There is street parking but I could also arrange for parking in the complex if it’s available.The apartment has high ceilings, wooden floors and a huge balcony.The electricity per month is around R and Wifi is about R per month.Essentially I am looking for a cool person who is easygoing and would like to flat-share with me for a year or so.
