There will be a parking spot available for you whether that be in the car port or nearby guest parking (super available). We’d love to get to know someone and rent the room for the foreseeable future. It’s shared bathroom and common areas but there will be plenty of storage for your items in these areas. The bedroom has a very big closet space for you as well and rooms are located on opposite sides. Rent is $ and that includes all bills and free internet access, we pay for high speed for gaming. Also washer and dryer is in unit, so very convenient.
