The room has a ceiling fan and a bed. The bills and internet are included in price. Bedrooms have coded locks for security. The bathroom is shared between roommates. 1 woman and 2 males stay there now. Looking for one more roommate. I also have a room without the ceiling fan. Only a bed for a little less.
