I am a clean and quiet professional seeking a clean and quiet month-to-month renter for a semi-furnished bedroom with 1 full bathroom! You will have access to amenities such as my yard and patio space, basement laundry, a fireplace, and my spacious upstairs shared kitchen. More furnishings coming soon. The goal is for the space to eventually be fully furnished! All applicants subject to background check. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis following a meet-and-greet with my older (but very social) large-breed dogs and proof of regular veterinary care. I can provide the same in return!
