Hi I'm Joe from Miami/NY and don’t know L.A. well. Only looking for places in Culver City (or 4 mile radius) towards the beach (No dangerous areas) so Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey, Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, LAX? Maybe Santa Monica/Venice. Budget is $ (low deposit & short term preferably). If houseguests aren’t allowed that’s fine. I'm very quiet when I come in & out, and I use a CPAP machine so I don't snore. I also sleep with earplugs so noise rarely wakes me. I passed Roomies & Uber/Lyft & the State/Federal unarmed security guard license background checks. I don't do drugs or smoke. (Asthma/Pulmonary edema). I’m vape friendly & pet friendly. I am fully vaccinated, clean, quiet, respectful & always pay my bills on time. I mostly relax in my room watching tv or the internet with headphones on. I'm easy going and prefer a friendly, drama free environment. I can provide references from past roommates if needed.
