Professional, single mom, but empty-nester most of the time. (My youngest comes home from college during breaks.)
I work as a Civil Servant M-F. I’m Christian, but not looking to convert anyone. I’m pretty busy and only home half the time. I offer a nice home in Haddon Heights, a block from the bus-stop and park. Downtown is walkable. Fenced backyard. Dog friendly, although I don’t currently have one.
My neatest factor is average. No special diet, but I try to heat healthy and do workout.
Person(s) would have full run of main floor and basement. I would be willing to trade some rent fees for help around the house. It’s a year old house with some fix-ups planned: new HVAC is being installed this month. Has newer roof.

Photos are of outside of house and the main floor. (My bedroom and office are on top floor). There are two bedrooms open. One is smaller the other larger with walk-in closet. I presume renter would want that one. Bedrooms have my furniture; of course we can put in whatever furniture one wants. There is also a full bathroom + kitchen.
