I am college physics student, I sew and sing (respectfully) and for work I am Swim instructor and Bartender. Would love a decent sized room or if something small then fairly cute! Prefer private bath but can do shared bath. I don’t mind Men and Women in the same household. Preferably parking space included and utilities included. Still open regardless! Thank you!
