Would like something permanent in this area that I can do several years in that has some cool things that separate it from your average apartment! Washer & dryer in the unit is a big plus & a nice view or a balcony is another good plus! I’m open to a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom! Furnished is another plus but not needed!
