I am renting out a bedroom in Marion. You will get your own bathroom and there is a decent sized closet that can easily accommodate a dresser. If you’d like it to be furnished it can stay that way. There is currently a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a desk/chair. There is easy street parking on a quiet residential street. We are looking for someone that is cleanly and does not smoke. We would also like someone that does not have pets due to allergies
