Hi all! My name is Justin, I’m and looking to find one or more roommates or join a lease on October 1st. I graduated from Yale in May and just moved to NY to work at the Legal Aid Society’s Bronx office! Looking in any neighborhood that has a reasonable commute to the office (st St) including anything from South Bronx/Mott Haven, to Harlem, East Harlem, or Washington Heights. My budget is $, super down to live with multiple folks and get bigger spaces. Born and raised in MN. I keep my spaces clean. Always want to meet more people. In my free time I like to cook, sing, and yap. Love trying out new bars, clubs, or board games with folks. Big tea guy, so happy to chat over a late night cup of chamomile or get Boba together. I’m queer, so I definitely need roommates that are LGBTQ friendly. Also looking for people who are considerate and tidy in shared spaces. I’m friendly, but not pressed about it.
